While information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service, our most important asset is our customers' trust. Keeping customer information secures, and using it only as our customers would want us to, is a top priority for all of us at the Company. Here then, is our promise to our customers:

1. The company or its contractors may hold & process customers’ personal information on computer or otherwise in connection with Express Travels & Tours services as well as for statistical analysis and credit scoring.

2. The company will safeguard, securely and confidentially, any information our customers share with us. The company will continue to maintain its tradition of not sharing the transaction information in customers’ with any one except when required by law or statutory agencies.

3. The company will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require delivering effective service to our customers, to administer our business and to advise our customers' about our products, services and other safeguards.

4. The company will give access to customer information to only those employees who are authorized to handle the customer information. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.

5. The company will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless the company has previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements have been authorized by the customer or as required by the law and statutory authorities.

6. The company will always maintain control over the confidentiality of the customer information. The company may, however, facilitate relevant offers from reputable companies for product promotion jointly/tied up with the company.

7. Whenever the company hires other organizations to provide support services, the company will require them to conform to our privacy policy standards.

8. For purposes of credit reporting, verification and risk management, the company may exchange information about our customers with reputed and clearinghouse centers.

9. The company will exercise due diligence about ensuring the accuracy of the information collected. The company will continuously assess to ensure that customer privacy is respected and will conduct the business in a manner that fulfills the company’s Promise.
